Welcome to our local snake sanctuary. We care for snakes that have been rescued or given up as pets. Read on to learn more about us and get answers to some frequently asked questions.
We care for a variety of non-venomous snake species that are commonly kept as pets such as corn snakes, ball pythons, king snakes, and milk snakes. We do not house any venomous snakes.
The sanctuary is open to the public Wednesday through Sunday from 10am to 4pm. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for children. No reservations are required for general admission.
Yes, we offer guided tours on Saturdays and Sundays at 11am and 2pm that include information about snake biology and our rescue program. We also host birthday parties and field trips by appointment.
You can support our all-volunteer sanctuary through financial donations or by donating supplies from our wish list. We are always looking for more volunteers to help with daily care, educational programs, and facility maintenance.
If you encounter an injured or distressed snake that appears to need assistance, please contact us. Do not attempt to capture a venomous snake yourself. We will provide guidance on the best way to transport the snake safely to our facility for evaluation and care.
