Our classes are perfect for complete beginners who have never ridden a bike before as well as those returning to cycling after many years. Anyone from 18 years old and up is welcome to sign up.
Our lessons will cover the basic mechanics of riding a bike like balancing, pedaling, braking and steering. We will also go over safe riding practices and rules of the road. Each student progresses at their own pace with the guidance of the instructor.
For our beginner lessons, we provide bikes for students to use. However, you are welcome to bring your own if it is in good working condition. The bike should be the right size for the rider and have hand brakes rather than pedal brakes.
Each session is one hour. We recommend signing up for at least 3 sessions to feel comfortable on a bike. The small class sizes allow for plenty of individual attention from the instructor.
You can browse our class schedule and register online. A 50% deposit is required at signup with the balance due before the first class. We look forward to helping you gain confidence and have fun on two wheels!
