We are hosting an arcade game auction this upcoming weekend. Come check out over 50 vintage arcade games that will be available to bid on and potentially take home. All proceeds will benefit our local children's hospital. Read below for some frequently asked questions about the auction.
When and where is the auction?
The auction will take place on Saturday, June 18th from 10am to 4pm at 123 Main St. Plenty of free parking will be available in our lot across the street.
What type of arcade games will be available?
We will have a variety of arcade classics from the 70s, 80s, and 90s up for bid including Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Galaga, Street Fighter 2, and Mortal Kombat just to name a few. There will be shooting, racing, and puzzle games.
How does the bidding work?
When you arrive you will need to register and receive a numbered paddle to use for placing bids. Our auctioneer will start the bidding for each game and you can raise your number to increase the bid amount until no one else bids higher. The highest bidder wins!
Will the games be tested?
Yes, before the auction we will have all games plugged in and tested to ensure they are fully functional. We want buyers to feel confident the games they bid on will work properly at home.
What payment and pickup options are available?
Winning bidders must pay by cash or card immediately after purchasing. We will hold items purchased until Sunday for pickup. Items not picked up by end of day Sunday will incur additional storage fees.
